  Andy Richards, President & Co-Founder

Andy retired from the British Army after 23 years of service and moved to the United States in 2002. He has a Bachelor of Arts in History and a teaching certificate from the Open University in the United Kingdom. But his real credentials lie in his experience as a stay-at-home dad to two daughters for the last 5 years.

  Melissa Richards, Co-Founder

Melissa has 16 years experience as a marketing executive. She is the founder of the iMarketingMix Network, an online community for pairing best-in-class freelancers with marketing executives for contract projects. She graduated from the University of Virginia      in 1993.
